Refund & Cancellation Policy

Voyager Systems Inc LLC publishes travel information and does not take bookings or payments for travel. This policy sets out what that means in practice, and where you should direct a refund or cancellation request.

Last updated: 1 March 2026

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to voyagersystemsinc.com and to any interaction you have with Voyager Systems Inc LLC. It does not apply to, and cannot override, the terms of any airline, hotel, apartment, rail operator, tour provider or booking platform you contract with.

2. We do not take payments for travel

Access to the website and all guides is free. We do not charge for itineraries, we do not process card payments for travel products, and we hold no client money.

Because there is no payment to us, there is nothing for us to refund in relation to travel arrangements. Any refund owed to you is owed by the supplier that took your payment.

3. Your booking contract is with the supplier

When you book a flight, a room, a transfer or an activity, you enter a direct contract with that provider on the terms they present at the point of sale. Those terms govern cancellation windows, change fees, non refundable rates, no show policies and how a refund is issued.

Read them before paying, particularly the difference between a refundable and a non refundable rate, and the deadline after which a booking becomes non cancellable.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

  • Identify who took your payment. This is shown on your card statement and on the confirmation email.
  • Contact that supplier directly, in writing, quoting your booking reference and the date of purchase.
  • State clearly what you are requesting and under which of their published terms.
  • Keep copies of all correspondence and any reference number they issue.
  • If the supplier does not respond within their stated timeframe, escalate through their formal complaints process.

5. Statutory passenger rights

Depending on your route and carrier, you may have statutory rights that exist independently of the airline's own terms, including rights to care, rerouting and compensation for cancellations and long delays. These are enforced against the carrier, not against us. Where relevant, contact the national enforcement body for the country of departure.

6. Travel insurance

Where a supplier's terms do not entitle you to a refund, travel insurance is usually the appropriate route. Cover for cancellation depends on the reason, the documentation you can provide and the exclusions in your policy. Review your policy wording before travelling, and notify your insurer promptly when something happens.

7. Chargebacks

If a supplier fails to deliver a service you paid for and does not resolve the matter, your card issuer may offer a chargeback route. Time limits apply, typically counted from the date of the transaction or the date the service should have been provided. Contact your bank for their process.

8. Errors in our published content

Our guides are written in good faith and reviewed periodically, but they are general information rather than a quotation or a guarantee. We do not accept liability for costs arising from booking decisions made on the basis of published prices, timetables or entry requirements that have since changed.

If you find an error, please tell us through the contact page. Corrections are actioned quickly and we are grateful for them.

9. Complaints about our service

If you are dissatisfied with the information service we provide, contact us with the page name and the nature of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within three business days and to resolve substantive matters within thirty days. Where a complaint concerns a third party supplier, we can only direct you to the correct channel.
