Voyager Systems and AT&T; Wireless Target Law Enforcement With Advanced Wireless Services

Providing Officers in The Field With Secure, Real-time Access to Criminal and Public Records

San Diego, CA, April 8, 2003 – Voyager Systems, Inc., a developer of secure wireless data applications and services, today announced an agreement with AT&T; Wireless to provide federal, state and local law enforcement with advanced wireless services designed to help increase productivity and streamline operations in the field.

Under the agreement, Voyager’s secure hosted wireless data products and service will be available over the AT&T; Wireless GSM™/GPRS network. Voyager Query™, Voyager Query™/ChoicePoint®, Voyager Contact™ and Voyager Citation™ allow law enforcement officials to access federal, state and local criminal justice and public records databases instantly, via leading PDA and PC devices. Officers in the field can conduct record checks without calling into a dispatch center, eliminating duplicate work effort, and they can file field contact information, removing the risk of error in transcribing written reports.

“Rapid and secure information access is critical to the success of law enforcement and public safety,” said Stacy Black, Vice President of Government Offers at AT&T; Wireless. “Voyager wireless data products have helped many federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to achieve tangible results in workforce efficiency, and together we will deliver solutions that could enhance our customers’ ability to serve and protect.”

“We are proud to work with AT&T; Wireless and look forward to the new opportunities this relationship will bring to federal, state and local customers,” said Chris Maloney, CEO of Voyager Systems. “The powerful combination of the AT&T; Wireless network with our wireless data applications and service provides law enforcement officials with the information tools required to perform their tasks faster, safer and more efficiently.”
