Martin Gillespie
Chief Technology Officer
Martin Gillespie, Chief Technology Officer of VSI, is responsible for the development and deployment of all products and services including research and development, fulfillment, state connection deployment, and customer service. Mr. Gillespie served as MIS Manager with Acadian Ambulance Service, one of the nation’s largest private ambulance providers. While at Acadian, Mr. Gillespie created multiple software applications, which included inventory, automated payroll and collection systems and complex interfaces to systems such as Medicare and Blue Cross.
From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Gillespie held the positions of Manager of VisiCAD Engineering and VP of Technical Services with TriTech Software Systems. He was responsible for the development and management of the company’s computer aided dispatch products as well as the management of technical and customer services. Mr. Gillespie has spoken at the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) annual conventions.
